About the awards

The African Digital Leadership Awards (ADLA) celebrate individuals who are making meaningful contributions to Africa’s digital future and inspiring the next generation of leaders.

The ADLA are an initiative of the African Digital Leaders Network (ADLN). The 2026 awards were presented on Saturday 18 July 2026 in Yaoundé, Cameroon, during the African Digital Conference – Strategic Digital Leadership Summit.

Why recognition matters

Africa’s digital transformation depends on skilled professionals who can turn ideas into strategies, strategies into action, and action into measurable impact. Recognising them makes their work visible and gives others examples to learn from.

The 2026 awards recognised leadership, executive excellence, personal branding, digital marketing and creativity.
