How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry or application.
- To notify you about registration and events you asked to hear about.
- To send conference announcements if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell personal information. Form submissions are delivered to the ADC team by email. We use service providers for website hosting and email delivery who process data on our behalf. Speaker information is published on the website only after a speaker is confirmed and agrees.

We keep enquiries and applications for as long as needed to handle them and for up to two years afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
