Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about ADC events, registration and taking part.

Events and registration

What is the African Digital Conference?

ADC is a continental platform that runs in-person conferences, virtual conferences and leadership summits on Africa’s digital economy, and presents the African Digital Leadership Awards.

When is the next event?

The next planned edition is a virtual conference from 1 to 4 December 2026. Its details are still being confirmed. The Events page always shows the latest information.

How do I register?

Registration opens on each event page when arrangements are confirmed. Until then, use the Registration page to register your interest and we will email you when registration opens.

Can I attend from outside Africa?

Yes. Virtual editions are open to participants anywhere, and in-person events welcome international guests.

Do events have a fee?

It depends on the edition. Any ticket price is published on the event page once approved. ADC will never ask you to pay through a contact or interest form.

Virtual editions

Which platform do virtual editions use?

The May 2025 and January 2026 virtual conferences were delivered on Microsoft Teams. Each event page confirms the platform for that edition.

What time are sessions held?

Virtual editions are often scheduled in the evenings for working professionals. Times and time zones are published on the event page.

Will sessions be recorded?

Selected recordings may be published on the Video and Media page with speakers’ permission.

Speakers, partners and certificates

How can I become a speaker?

Complete the speaker application form. Applying does not guarantee selection; shortlisted applicants are contacted by the programme team.

Is there a fee to speak?

No. Speaking at ADC is free.

How can my organisation sponsor ADC?

Send a sponsorship enquiry. Options are discussed and agreed individually for each edition.

Do participants receive certificates?

Participants at the first edition in Yaoundé (2024) and at the 2026 Strategic Digital Leadership Summit received certificates. Certificate arrangements for each edition are confirmed on the event page.

How can I contact the team?

Use the contact form or email info@africandigitalconference.com.
